Sandra Russi is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, who has been teaching in the Ananda tradition for over 20 years, providing a calm atmosphere while focusing on safety and comfort with clear instructions, rest periods and meditation through Inner Guidance. She often incorporates Energy Medicine and essential oils into the practice. After 12 years as a devotee at Ananda, Sandra became a student of "A Course in Miracles," which emphasizes Forgiveness as THE key practice to removing the obstacles to the awareness of Love's Presence -- as the essence of WHO and WHAT we are. From there, through a series of synchronistic events and following her Intuition, she was led to study the Principles of the Science of Mind. As a Licensed Professional Practitioner (RScP), she continues to study and teach about the Power of the Word, and how to consciously manifest desired change in one's life. Sandra joyfully serves and practices with the purpose of being truly helpful.
