This month’s organization for our weekly donation based class is 💙

Cal Voices is dedicated to improving the lives of California’s diverse communities through advocacy, education, research, and culturally relevant services.

They support individuals and families facing mental health challenges by promoting wellness, recovery, prevention, and better access to care. Through peer services, self-help, and education, Cal Voices works to reduce stigma and strengthen cultural competency.

This month, yoga classes will explore balance through standing postures, steady breath, and the relationship between effort and ease. Expect opportunities to build strength, focus, and presence-both physically and internally.

Pilates, Sculpt & Pilates Core:
LEGS & GLUTES
In our Pilates-based classes, February will emphasize leg and glute strength to support stability, functional movement, and full-body integration.

Whether you come once a week or often, we hope these themes help you feel supported, curious, and connected in your practice.

Introducing Monthly Class Themes at DOMA!

Starting this February, we’re excited to introduce monthly class themes across our schedule. Each month will offer a shared focus for our Yoga and Pilates/Sculpt classes, creating continuity while still honoring the unique voice of each teacher and class style.

We’re beginning in February from the ground up:

Yoga (Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa & Yin): Standing Balance

This month, yoga classes will explore balance through standing postures, steady breath, and the relationship between effort and ease. Expect opportunities to build strength, focus, and presence—both physically and internally.

Pilates, Sculpt & Pilates Core: Legs & Glutes
