Exciting news from Julie!

“After 13+ wonderful years, I am writing to share some important news: I have decided to sell our beloved yoga studio. This decision comes with a mix of emotions, as we have had an incredibly successful journey together, filled with fun, challenges, and the formation of many lasting friendships.

I want to assure you that I am not leaving you. I will continue to teach and practice at PHY, remaining part of this wonderful community.

✨Meet Our Yoga Instructors! “My name is Kerith. I was born with Cervical Spondylosis. Over the years I have torn labrums, slipped and herniated disks. A friend recommended yoga to help with my pain. After just one class I instantly felt better, physically and mentally. I returned the next day. I have always had a desire to help others who want to improve their lives and knew I wanted to share this practice with the world. I started practicing Bikram yoga on Oahu in 2001. After years of sports injuries and denying surgery I chose an alternative approach to well-being. Instantly feeling the therapeutic benefits of the practice through my own actualization of the breath, body and mind connection, I decided to share this method with the world. Since teacher training in 2006 I have continued to follow my passion traveling and teaching.
