For over a decade, Dan has been a steady force within the Aspen Meadows Care Home By RNs team—a leader whose quiet consistency and deep commitment have helped shape the culture we’re proud of today. Through challenges and milestones alike, his twelve years of service reflect not just time, but trust, resilience, and heart. It’s no surprise that under his leadership, the team has sustained a flawless record of “no citations” for the past three years. His example continues to set the bar high for what it means to lead with integrity.

And then there’s Yas—whose roots with us stretch back even further, all the way to 2008. Yas has been a cornerstone since the early days, bringing continuity, care, and a level of institutional wisdom that can’t be taught—only earned. With that in mind, we are inspired to continue the tradition of promoting from within and advocating for the growth of our team members. Care Home By RNs Quiescence Congregate Living Health Facility-CLHF Congregate Living Health Facility congratulates Karen Sanchez as our new Community Liaison!

Karen started as a cook (chef) while helping her mom with housekeeping. She then took over and enjoyed leading the activities in the facility, facilitating our holidays and celebrations. She then became a certified activity manager, in which role she will also continue to perform. Karen is working on her social services certification. Karen will be our link to the community, including tours of the care homes.
