Rise Wellness is a tranquil space located in the Greenhaven Pocket area of Sacramento, dedicated to offering a variety of health and healing modalities including yoga, tai chi, pilates, reiki and massage. Our mission is to provide a beautiful safe place where you can enhance your overall health, connect with a vibrant community and Come Alive with grace and ease. Rise Wellness is also recognized as a Registered Yoga School through the Yoga Alliance offering a 200 hour yoga teacher training program.
