“Love Your Gut” Sourdough Workshop with Crystal Dunn of Cooking Dunn Right.

You might be wondering how sourdough and grief support go together?

It’s all about community and connection. Our workshops don’t necessarily process grief directly, but knowing you’re surrounded by others who have loss is a common bonding opportunity.

We also believe that supporting your gut with healthy alternatives is good self-care.

Facilitated By Larry Ramos, Award Winning Artist, 20 Year Crocker Art Museum Instructor, And Art Healer.

Saturday August 16th (10am-12pm)

Please come and attend class regardless of what mind state you are in: sad, mad, glad, etc and ESPECIALLY if you’re afraid.

Unload those emotions, ease the weight / give voice to them and see them from a wider perspective.

The osm method helps to pull back the shroud and give you more clarity.

Your HeART blossoms your ART and your ART opens you to sunlight, space, and spreading out.

LOGISTICS:

~Everyone leaves with a matted framework of their art.

~Deep communion with others.

Class starts PROMPTLY at 10 am to respect other participants’ time and will end at 12pm.

Class size is limited to 9 students to deepen and broaden each participant’s experience (waitlist available)
