🥛 It’s National Milk Day!

In 1878, milk started being delivered in sterilized glass bottles—a huge step for food safety. Today, milk still plays a vital role in public health thanks to modern pasteurization and its unique mix of nutrients.

Calcium, protein, vitamin D and B vitamins in milk work together to support whole-body health. It’s more than just a drink—it’s a nutrition powerhouse.
