One Fall Can Change Everything.

No other life event can be as devastating to an elderly person’s lifestyle, finances and security as needing eldercare
If someone you love is dealing with the aftermath of a fall or need to find money and resources for caregiving the northern California elder care planning council invites you to a 3-part seminar series called One Fall Can Change Everything: Rehabilitation, Financial, Legal, Caregiving and Work Life Matters For Families Dealing With The Aftermath of A Fall.

You can attend one or all sessions live in person at the Senior Center Of Elk Grove on October 26th, November 30th and Jan 25th.

Each session will provide information and resources to help a loved to return to the place he/she calls HOME, stay safe, stay as independent as possible, and experience a better recovery while you enjoy the peace of mind knowing that you are making informed and confident decisions regarding care.

There is NO COST to attend but registration is required.

There will elder care experts present to answer questions and offer helpful insights. You may arrange personal appointments with them for confidential work with your family.

Session 1: Healthcare, Rehabilitation & Legal Matters October 26th at 11am
Session 2. Family & Financial Matters November 30th at 11am
Session 3: Home safety, Caregiving Option & Long-term care planning Jan 25th (2023) at 11am
