We are seeking experienced Housing Navigators to join our Team 💜
JOB TYPE: full-time
COMPENSATION: $25.00 per hour
Housing Navigators operate at the intersection of case management, client advocacy, resource coordination, and landlord engagement to guide individuals and families into stable housing. They support participants throughout housing search, placement, and retention, maintain critical data records, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment with program goals.
Basic Qualifications:
• High school diploma required and relevant experience or degree preferred;
• Experience with vulnerable populations highly desirable;
• Valid CA driver’s license required;
• Bilingual and/or lived experience is a plus!
