🌟 Employee Spotlight: Meryll🌟

Meet our Activities Director!🎉
Meryll grew up in Iloilo City, Philippines, where strong family values shaped who she is today. She attended University of San Agustin, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a major in Marketing. Family remains at the heart of Meryll’s life, especially her “partner in love” Chance, who keeps her grounded and motivated and has taught her the importance of patience, resilience, and consistency. While much of her family still lives in the Philippines, she hopes to welcome them for a visit in the near future.

Outside of work, Meryll finds joy in the outdoors. She loves exploring new places, being near the water whenever the weather allows, stand-up paddleboarding, and hiking the backcountry. In quieter moments, she enjoys reading, especially non-fiction and watching a great show, listening to podcasts or music while cleaning or cooking, and spending time tending to her chickens and garden. She treasures time with her close circle and values meaningful connections.

Meryll loves working at Asbury Park because of the diversity of its residents and the opportunity it gives her to connect with people from all walks of life. She is continually inspired to make a positive impact, no matter how big or small and appreciates how her role allows her to be creative, try new ideas, and build genuine relationships. Most of all, Meryll values the strong sense of community at Asbury Park and the positive energy of the supportive, generous, and fun-loving team she works alongside. She is incredibly proud to be part of a team that takes such great pride in what they do and truly excels in the care they provide.

🎄✨ A Christmas Surprise We’ll Never Forget ✨🎄

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to the incredible team at Pro Health for spending part of their Christmas Day with us at Asbury Park and bringing a gifts to our long-term care residents. 🎁
Our residents were deeply touched, and our dedicated staff working that day felt the love and Christmas spirit!
Moments like these remind us why what we do matters so much. ❤️

We also want to take a moment to sincerely thank Pro Health for the exceptional work they do all year long. They are a trusted partner in transitions of care, known to our team for consistent communication, compassion, and service excellence.
Pro Health is a team we can always count on and we are so grateful for that partnership.
