Another free class is being offered at the Infinite Wellness space! Join Dr. Taryn and Dr. Kirstin, as they teach how to strengthen the core in order to improve balance as well as posture!

We are going to begin with a core yoga session and then jump into some resistance/ weight exercises.

We will then talk about a classic balancing condition we see in the office known as BPPV, and you'll leave with some exercises that'll help prevent future dizzy or balancing spells in the future!
