I received my bodywork certifications at the California Institute of the Healing Arts & Sciences, Fair Oaks Massage Institute, and Healing Arts Institute with multiple advanced trainings ranging from myo

fascial release to orthopedic massage. When the pandemic hit I used it as an opportunity to look within and by doing so found my next chapter in life, Chiropractic care. I am a current student at Life West Chiropractic College in Hayward California. I still maintain my profession as a bodyworker however I am not taking on new clients due to my immense workload. However please please please keep in touch! I have big plans underway and would love to open up a wellness center some day. Right now I am on an educational journey into different aspects of the body and would love for you to follow me with my new blog. We are celebrating our one year anniversary of being open at our new location! We want to extend our appreciation to all the patients who have been here in the last year and watching our growth. We want to thank you for your trust in us during your healing journeys! The first week of May will be provide daily offerings for all of our patients who book with us on any given day.

Monday, May 4th and Friday, May 8th will be free add-ons like aromatherapy, KT Tape, or epsom salt foot bath with any session booked.

On Friday night from 6-8pm, we will be having a patient appreciation social where you can come enjoy free food, drinks, and enter to win raffle prizes (Grand Prize- 45 Minute Combination Massage/Chiropractic Session or 60 Minute Massage; 2 Runner-Up Prizes- Filled with Teifu pain creme, a 10 mL Essential

Tuesday, May 5th and Thursday, May 7th will be free spinal exam days. Any patient booked with a massage this day gets a free exam and the option to get a discounted first adjustment of $48.

Wednesday, May 6th will be a free swag day! We will be giving free gift bags for any patients booked this day, which includes oil infused epsom salt, samples of essential oil, pain creme samples, and business swag from us.
