Is your ACV diluted? It is if it's not Fairchild's brand. Don't pay for watered down apple cider vinegar. It doesn't serve your body well. If you dilute individual use or for recipes that's one thing, that's expected, that's fine. But it should not be diluted prior to purchase and use!
