BIPOC communities face distinct experiences—racial trauma, cultural stigma, systemic barriers, and intergenerational grief—that require mental health care rooted in empathy, cultural understanding, and equity.

We must shift from expecting people to conform to systems, and instead build systems that meet people where they are.

This BIPOC Mental Health Month, we stand in solidarity, in advocacy, and in the belief that inclusive, responsive care is not optional—it’s essential.
