This gal right here! I haven’t gained any weight, but I’ve lost motivation more than once to remain consistent. I have been fortunate to already be established as an online coach and used that exp to take my yoga online. If it wasn’t for my online offerings, I would be in BIG trouble financially. I do miss seeing students light up in class, transforming their postures with a hands on assist, and watching their practice grow.
But in this day and age, we have no choice but to focus on what we can do. Get up, get moving, try something new. DM me I can get you on track.
