A meaningful Tamarkoz Session on “A Path to Inner Peace & Well-being” was held at the University of Baltistan, Skardu, facilitated by Ms. Nargis Murtaza.
The session focused on practical techniques to reduce stress, enhance concentration, and support overall well-being. Through guided exercises and thoughtful discussion, participants experienced a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and connection.
