So excited to finally get another breathwork session on the schedule!

Join me as I lead you through a specific breathing pattern accompanied by a great playlist, helping you tap into the power of your own breath. Breathwork involves intentionally changing your breathing pattern for a set time, allowing you to deeply connect with your body and quiet your overactive mind. This process oxygenates your body, clears negative emotions and traumas, reduces stress, and releases stored emotional experiences from your sympathetic nervous system (your fight or flight response).

Following the active breathing, I will guide you through a heart-opening meditation, activating your parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest), leaving you filled with gratitude and love.

Each breathwork experience is unique, varying from person to person and each time it’s practiced. While it’s challenging to describe, you’ll undoubtedly feel transformed by the end of the session.

Breathwork is a transformational tool to help you unlock the best version of yourself all through the power of your own breath.

Breathwork is the process of using a specific breathing pattern for an extended time which allows you to drop into your body and get a break from your busy mind. We are all dealing with the stress of life and breathwork is the best way to quickly and effectively clear it out of your nervous system, allowing you to feel lighter and more relaxed. Breathwork is an excellent opportunity to improve your physical and mental health, as well as have deeply meaningful and meditative experiences. Just like sweat and exercise and help complete the stress cycle in the body, so can breathwork.

Some of the benefits of breathwork include:
increase energy
boost immune system
improve sleep
help digestion
strengthen lungs and respiratory function
increase self-love and self-confidence
reduce stress and anxiety
release trauma and fear

After my first breathwork session I couldn't believe how something as simple as a breathing technique could help me let go of so much "stuff" I'd been storing in my body. But, don't take my word for it - try a session yourself!

If you're ready to regulate your nervous system, improve physical performance, and release stuck emotions you're in the right place.

During the breathwork session, I'll crank up some music, you'll lie on your back and breathe through your mouth in a certain way while I'll be talking and motivating you to keep going over the songs. Think of me as a personal trainer for your breathing! I'll do a short guided meditation at the end and then allow you to bask in the deeply restful and restorative afterglow of the active breathing portion. You know how good you feel after a good workout and all those endorphins are flowing - it'll feel a bit like that!
