The holiday season can get busy and stressful! ❄️ When you're in recovery, self-care is important for your mental and physical health alike. Do what you can to maintain your routine, practice mindfulness, reach out when you need support, and remember—it's okay to skip invitations you're not comfortable with and have a holiday movie night at home instead.
