Christmas is just around the corner….making Cards for friends and family. It improves fine motor skills, boosts brain function and increase self-esteem. Hawaiian Bingo and Crossword puzzles are very interesting activities. Both provide cognitive stimulation and promoting social engagement. It also provides sense of fulfillment after winning and completing the puzzle. What an awesome day ☺️
