Through the California Massage Therapy Council, I am a Certified Massage Therapist. I have completed my required educational hours to qualify for Certified Massage Therapist and have 1000's hours of hands on experience. I have been submerged in the field of Massage Therapy since 2013 and have found myself to be deeply passionate about the holistic healing benefits it provides. I am a compassionate, empathetic person who finds joy in helping others. In my courses I have learned various body work techniques such as Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Reflexology. Along with these modalities, I incorporate Swedish, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point therapies to align with the needs and preferences of my clients. Helping people heal holistically is something I am deeply interested in; therefore, I dedicate myself to the power of bodywork. I know from first-hand experience how therapeutic massage can be life changing, on many levels, and I find it deeply rewarding to be able to offer this service to my clients. Additionally, in my past leadership roles, I came to understand the importance of being an excellent communicator and empathetic listener and I uphold the highest standards of discretion and professionalism at all times.
