Stuck at a desk all day? These 3 easy stretches help reset your posture and reduce tension in minutes:
1️⃣ Chest Opener (arms behind back, gently pull back and down)
2️⃣ Scapular Retraction (hands behind neck, elbows out, gentle squeezing shoulder blades together)
3️⃣ Wall Angels (back against a wall with knees slightly bent, arms at 90 degrees against wall, slowly slide arms up so they make a Y shape)
Do these every couple of hours and your spine will thank you 🙌

Some benefits that Raman has taken away from chiropractic is fewer migraines💥 and she has gotten great relief from scoliosis pain🩻.
