I’ll be going live with my good friend Dusty tomorrow at 11:15 to talk about fitness, business, and entrepreneurship!

Dusty & I met at Sac State where we both were student-athletes! Upon graduating with a B.S. in Exercise Science and retiring his glove from Collegiate Baseball, Dustin gained a deep interest and appreciation for working with people in the fitness setting as a Trainer and current Gym Owner in Sacramento. Upon completion of College and Division 1 Ball, Dustin continued his personal fitness goals by making it to the CrossFit Super Regionals on a team and as an individual.

Along with his personal fitness goals, Dustin strongly believes in the holistic approach of recovery, body maintenance, strength, and flexibility as he works with his team of professionals that include Chiropractors and Massage Therapists.

Some of his certifications include:
· B.S. Kinesiology (CSUS)
· Strength and Conditioning Certification (CSUS)
· NASM
· ACSM
· CrossFit Level 1

Dusty believes to find what you love doing, then figure out ways to help others. Fail until you can’t take it anymore, then fail again! Learn what works for others may not always work for you. Take the path less traveled and conquer it!
