We love Fly Fit! Amazing program with the Elk Grove Police Department. It’s free, and so much fun.

Hi fam,
Happy Friday. :)

Fly Fit, our police-autism fitness program, is back with the Elk Grove Police Department, AMPT Fitness and Visions in Motion, on May 31st.

The program will run for 5-weeks on Wed evenings from 6-7 pm at District 56 Park in Elk Grove.
