Holding Space will be hosting its next in-person gathering on Friday, 9/1 from 7pm-9pm. This has been created for all of us in the Black community to slow down and receive rest for our minds, bodies and hearts. As we move towards Fall, this is a chance to also re-align with the rhythms of our natural world. We are delighted to be partnering with the amazing Kemiko Tolon, who will be providing a soulful, sound bath by candlelight. This is going to be an incredible event. On Sunday, April 23rd, 2023, the newly emerging non-profit, Holding Space, will be offering a FREE daylong retreat for Black people to rest, restore, and get filled up. I also happen to be on the leadership team for this organization. We are q***r and trans-affirming and inviting of all Black folks across experiences and identities.

A healing retreat for Black people to come home to themselves through restorative practices that are tailored to the mind, body & spirit.

The Rosetta Center is offering free, short-term counseling to Sacramento area, Black/African American people ages 18 to 26 years who are experiencing mental health or substance use challenges. This program is part of the Family Culture Coaching Alliance.
