Imagine waking up refreshed in the morning. Rising before your alarm clock, popping out of bed and feeling enthused and ready to start your day.
You hop in the shower and smile at yourself in the mirror. You recognize it's been a journey to fully accept and appreciate your body, but here you are, right now, with not a thing to change or "fix." Your inner critic no longer runs your internal world.
