Week 1-13 are Reflective prompts
This week was interesting to write up because I didn’t think I really had a routine to my life
However now that I’m back to work, there is somewhat of a routine in place
And I realized the work I put in over the last couple years to prioritize ME is reflected in these routines
I didn’t have to cross anything out because I have curated a life I enjoy because I prioritized me
Gentle reminder, it is YOUR life. There are no rule books to life except that which WORKS FOR YOU
What works for one person may not work for you and vice versa
THE BEST THING YOU CAN LEARN in LIFE is YOU! No one will ever know you better than you know yourSelf

Ok, story time. As most of you know my lil old man Maverick is now in doggy heaven
Most of you don’t know that I take improv classes (for me, it’s my therapy)
Well, I was pretty sad the week we said good bye to Maverick, and I let my instructor know what had happened, turns out she also lost her dog of 17 years this year
Later that night my friend from class asked me for a photo of Maverick (yes I thought it was weird at first) but if you know Emily, you know she is one of the absolute best humans on the planet and is always up to something with her beautiful and caring heart. So I assumed she was
Fast forward to our last week of class, and my instructor starts to tell me how she’s an artist and she felt called to draw a photo of Maverick for me since we both lost our furry family this year
I’ve been waiting to share this incredible work of art until I had a decent frame for it
you have no idea how much this meant to me and my parents. They were just as teary 🥹 eyed as me when I showed it to them after class
You have given us him in such a beautiful and artistic way and we feel like he’s looking right at us when we see it
I love you both so very much for this precious gift 🙏🏽💕🥰🥹
