tly into care I was amazed by my increased energy, and the ability to manifest and sustain greater levels internal strength and balance while engaging in diverse physical activities such as cycling, hiking and Aikido. As I progressed in care, there was an increase in my ability to feel more, and to connect to greater levels of peace and ease within. The results also echoed in my daily life by way of greater harmony in my personal relationships, better choices with regards to my health and wellness, and a deep feeling of moving in the world with greater power and purpose. Inspired by my own development through Elan Healing, and the profound opportunity to assist others on their journey, I became a Certified Facilitator of this remarkable work in 2014. I currently offer Elan Healing at Aikido Center Sacramento in Midtown Sacramento. With tremendous gratitude I am blessed with the privilege to be husband to Sara, father to Carson, and friend, healer and teacher for a remarkable community of people at Aikido Center Sacramento who are exuberantly practicing “the way of peace”.
