This client took “weak calves” and decided to change that narrative real quick😅- busting out 15 in a row!

Calf strength is a massive piece of running performance: helps absorb impact, improves propulsion and efficiency, builds durability and reduces injury risk.

Make sure you’re showing your calves some love- they’re what’s taking you all those miles.
