Why stay in a commercial âfacilityâ with 40+ men and women living together when you can enjoy the comforts of a private residence? Whereas other âresidentialâ programs will house up to 16 residents with 4 per bedroom in unlicensed houses, all of New Dawnâs residences are licensed, gender separate, and have a maximum occupancy of 6. This fosters a safer, more relaxed environment, and makes focusing on recovery a lot easier. Unlike other programs, we also provide all services on site, and donât transport our residents to an outpatient location every day for treatment. Private and semi-private room options are available, and some rooms include private ensuite bathrooms and separate patios. The result is a peaceful and therapeutic environment that you cannot experience when living in a dormitory style facility. Other house amenities include relaxing living rooms with flat screen televisions, dining rooms, modern kitchens, plush mattresses, fireplaces, fresh linens, washers and dryers, and private backyard areas.
