I know it's been a while since my last post; however, I have been rooted in my spiritual journey and growth so posting today is intentional and feels right.

For a long time I've had big thoughts about 2 dates this year. Today is one of those dates. Although today doesn't look exactly like I'd hoped, it is such a meaningful day of manifestation...and I choose to do just that! 11:11 11/11/22 Ase

On another note...Citrine is an amazing crystal for manifestation...no coicidence...it is also associated with November. I invite you to take some time today to manifest something you've been thinking, hoping, or dreaming.

Yes we are resilient af! Resiliency doesn't eliminate need.
While we're happy that we are talking more about mental wellness, we still have a long way to go. Many of the systems of care are still oppressive and rooted in "treatment" not created for healing everyone in the ways they need. Often (due to lack of knowledge or st8 up denial), exploring racial stress & trauma (RST) is not something that happens (especially with non therapists of color). Also, the criteria for PTSD can be limiting and ignore some aspects of RST. This can lead to inaccurate pathology, minimizing your experiences, or even unhelpful interventions. EOH wants to encourage you to talk about these experiences with your provider and if you aren't getting what u need...switch providers!
