Another fundraising total to report! For 2025, Walmart and Sam's Club donated almost $450,000 to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals at UC Davis Children's Hospital, with 3 locations raising more than $20,000 each ... SPECTACULAR!

The annual “Spark Good. Change Kids’ Health.” campaign is a vital fundraising effort to help ensure local children’s hospitals like UC Davis have the resources needed to provide essential care. At CMN at UC Davis, we have the attitude of gratitude every day of the week! Today, we're recognizing Jacks Urban Eats, one of our newest Children's Miracle Network Hospitals partners.

During their inaugural event in early August, Jacks raised more than $27,000 to support programs, patient care, equipment and research UC Davis Children's Hospital. INCREDIBLE!

Sick and injured kids in our community can’t wait to get the care they need. And thanks to partners like Jacks Urban Eats, they don’t have to.

The numbers are in and WOW, are they amazing!

Shout out to Costco for raising $1,326,769.17 in 2025 for UC Davis Children's Hospital, the area's only Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. What a tremendous effort on the part of the local team and a testament to Costco's amazing members. Because of you, kids like Shine will continue to get the care they need, when they need it. THANK YOU!

He shoots 🏀 He scores BIG points with our kids!

Pediatric patients UC Davis Children's Hospital had a special visitor this week … Shaqir O’Neal! The 6-foot-8 forward is one of the new additions to the Sac State Hornets basketball team, which begins its season on November 4.

Despite his busy schedule, Shaqir took time out to play games, sign autographs and take photos with children treated . Thanks for the visit, Shaqir!

Today is Panda Cares Day!

Panda Cares, the philanthropic arm of Panda Express, commemorates its anniversary on August 8th every year. Panda Express has been a partner of Children's Miracle Network Hospitals since 2007 and this year, we’re celebrating a major milestone: Panda Express has raised over $200 million for CMN Hospitals nationwide, including UC Davis Children's Hospital.

Money raised locally funded the Panda Cares Center of Hope. This project created a new activity room for Child Life and Creative Arts Department to engage with pediatric patients in art, science, music, reading, computer technology, video production and school activities, supporting the four “pillars” of the Panda Care Center of Hope: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
