Tight hips? Issues in the knees or low back? Sometimes it’s not a tight tissue issue, it’s an untrained tissue issue.

Learn to control your hips in and out of different end ranges and your nervous system will feel safe enough to grant you access to those ranges!

Static stretching has its place, but most people need active mobility to achieve lasting results.

Kettlebell is my favorite form of resistance training - it demands stability, grip strength, core engagement, and the ability to generate force quickly. Our kettlebell strength and conditioning classes take the mobility you gain in our Functional Mobility classes and add progressive resistance so you can get as strong as you can be. Add in cardiovascular conditioning and you’re building a foundation to tackle any demand life throws at you!
