Since starting my healing journey I’ve committed to radical self love and self nurturing. Therapy is amazing, obviously. And there are so many ways to keep the recharging flowing. Taking a little reading break away from the loveliness that is a 3 day middle school field trip. Has anyone read this? Die Wise. A friend gifted it to me about 5 years ago and it finally feels like the right time to read it. I tried before but was too enmeshed in the grief process.
