Since starting my healing journey I’ve committed to radical self love and self nurturing. Therapy is amazing, obviously. And there are so many ways to keep the recharging flowing. One way recently I’ve been indulging is Pilates. Tried a few studios and the one I’m really loving lately is if you’re needing some release and strengthening this is your place. Blog posted in bio.
