Los Rios Community College District is doing amazing work in our region creating affordable education paths and real opportunities for students to build better futures.

We've loved being part of their outreach at Sac Republic games this season! Our Community Activation team has been out there with Los Rios tote bags and sunglasses, chatting with fans about class registration, enrollment dates, and financial aid. All the stuff that actually helps people take the next step.

Our Creative Director, Angel Membrere, just hit his one-year mark with us, and we had to celebrate!

Angel has this amazing ability to create visuals that actually connect with people, not just pretty designs, but ideas that makes communities feel seen and understood.

We definitely threw you into the deep end this year, Angel, and it's been incredible watching you not just survive but totally thrive. Your calm energy and sense of humor have kept all of us sane through some pretty wild projects.

When Old Sacramento Waterfront asked us to help make All-Star Weekend bigger than just baseball, we knew we were in for something good.

The result? 2,200+ people exploring 25 local businesses, scavenger hunts that got families wandering through historic streets, and the kind of energy that makes you remember why we love this city.

While we love that pedestrian traffic increased 5% compared to last year and the coverage reached over 1.4 million people across local media and social platforms, the best part was watching kids collect stamps on their cards and families getting their moments immortalized on customized baseball cards.

That's what happens when you work with a client like Old Sacramento Waterfront: you get to create something that feels like it belongs to everyone who shows up.

Public health professionals are doing incredible work in communities across the country. The challenge? Sharing that impact in ways people actually connect with.

3fold CEO Gordon had the chance to present alongside Debra Oto-Kent, Executive Director of the Health Education Council, at NACCHO 360 this week. The conference brings together local health department leaders from across the country to share best practices.

They shared a framework for using storytelling to help health departments communicate their community work. Their case study was "A Park for Everyone," a children's book that 3fold and Health Education Council created together to turn a complex health equity project into a story people could connect with on a human level.

Sometimes the most powerful way to share important work isn't through data and reports—it's through stories that help people see themselves in the impact.

If you've been on a Zoom call with us, you've probably met a few of our four-legged team members. They're the ones providing moral support from under desks (hi Draco), making guest appearances during our most important presentations (Grizzly has the best ideas), and reminding us to step away for much-needed breaks with a walk around the block (good girl, Chancey).

They're also pretty good at reading the room and judging our work, sliently or not. Nothing says "this meeting could have been an email" quite like a dog snoring in the background (we get it, Willow).
