I’m privileged and grateful to have completed the 6-day advanced Somatic Experiencing training in a beautiful mountain environment. I’m grateful for developing deep connections in a learning community of healers while also taking time for outdoor yoga, hiking, and listening to a sound bath. Bipolar disorder often goes undiagnosed or misdiagnosed for years, which can worsen mood swings and symptoms. Get informed about the illness through the International Bipolar Foundation or Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance. I offer specialized therapies specific to bipolar disorder called Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to help decrease stressors and increase stability and self-efficacy.
