Guides Chat

Begin by knowing that your Guides are with you, and that you do not need to go anywhere to find them.

Start by calling in the Guide that is working the most closely with you right now.

Ask your Guide to bring their energy close in to your aura so you can feel their energy.

Describe the energy that you feel. Do you feel it in any particular area of your body?

Ask them to show you where in your body / what chakras they are helping you with and what they are helping you with there.

Ask whether they are more male, female or androgynous.

Ask what color their energy field is.

Ask yourself if this energy of this Guide is familiar to you.

Have the Guide show you a time in your life when they have been with you. Let yourself feel the energy they were giving you at that time. Thank them 🙏

Ask the Guide what you can do to call them to assist you.

Ask for a name you can call them.

Ask if they have ever had an earth life with you.
If so, ask what you were learning / teaching together.

Ask if they have been your Guide in other lives. Here? On other planets?

Ask if they have had lives on the Angelic Planes, and if they are an Angel right now.

Ask if there is anything they would like to tell you right now.

Is there anything you would like to ask them?

The Violet Flame has been used for all time. The seventh ray violet light is known to carry the divine qualities of love, freedom, mercy, compassion, and spiritual transfiguration, allowing things to transform back to the pure essence of God or Oneness!

Meditation

1 Choose an intention for Transformation & Release
This can be a desire to clear and complete something personal, or some frequency you’d like to move into, or perhaps an imbalance you’d like to invite to disperse on Planet Earth
2 Give voice to this intention in a statement or mantra, such as
ALL IS WELL
I AM COMPLETE
I AM NOT AFRAID
OM
PEACE
3 Visualize a Violet Flame
Imagine the Violet Flame in front of you. Invite it towards you and direct it to any part of your body, one of your chakra energy centers, or into any issue you would like to transform.
Or you can imagine it below you coming up around and through you.
Allow it to expand through your whole energy field. Use it intuitively in any way that feels good to you.
4 Use your breath and focused intention to allow the Violet Flame to burn through, clean, and transform things into the pure light of ONENESS.
5 Sit in the newness. Hold your Sacred Heart (upper chest). Breathe and Receive the blessing.
6 Sending Violet Flame to others:
If you would like to offer this to another person, ask their Being if it is right action and right timing for them. If you get a yes put the Violet Flame right outside their aura and they will use it if they like.
“I offer you this Violet Flame for your transformation and enlightenment”

SELF*CARE for your Energy Body

Here are some things you can do if you wake up and cannot sleep or you have anxiety.
* Hold both of your elbows at the same time.
* Hold one wrist at a time.
* Put your right hand over your heart chakra and your left hand of your solar plexus (opposite if left hand dominant) Or hands over whichever chakras call your hands.
* Breathe at your belly button with your hands on your belly and imagine your emotional body as a very soft river and let it flow along, and let the Earth underneath the river hold you, until you feel safe & soft
* Hold your Sacred Heart (Upper chest) and let it fill in with the light of your spirit.
* Breathe in a rhythm - count to four on the in breath, and count to four or six on the out breath (Or whatever count works for you).
* Do gratitude practice.
* Send love to the people who need it.
* Call in the COMMAND 12 21 healing guides (See my latest post).
* Breathe Earth 🌍 energy up into your first & second chakras (Release anything you don’t need).
* Make low tones for your body. (Or whatever tones come through with the intention “healing tones for my body”).
* Massage your hands and fingers.
* Hold your face or jaw in your hands and let any “effort to be somebody” melt, until your true self shines through.
* Imagine you are holding your whole body and being in your heart until it makes you smile.

Begin by knowing that

Know that once you call them in, the Guides are with you,
and that you do not need to go anywhere to meet them.

Start by tuning in to a Guide (more than 1 may come to work with you) that is offering to work closely with you right now, AT THIS MOMENT.
Ask your Guide to bring their energy close in to your aura
so you can feel their energy.

Relax, breathe, be receptive. Take 5-10 mins to be quiet and allow them to begin working with you.

Choose one energy around you, or one place you feel sensation, and ask for help to tune in to who is working with you.
Find some descriptive words (ex. kind, strong, playful, heartful) for the guide who has come forward to work with you.
Reaching to feel into them will help you connect and receive the work more deeply.

Ask/feel whether they are more male, female or androgynous.
Ask/feel what color(s) their energy field is.
Ask/listen for a name (or sound) you can call them.
Ask yourself if this energy of this Guide is familiar to you?
Have you known them/this group before?

Tune in to your body at the sensation level and breathe..
Describe the energy that you feel coming from them. Where do you feel it?
You may or may not experience their scanning technology/ experience the healing energetically. KNOW you are receiving regardless of your present ability to perceive details.

Ask them to show you what energy centers/ chakras they are helping you with.
Ask them what they are helping you with there.
ASK IF THERE IS ANYTHING THEY WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOU.

TAKE TIME TO RECEIVE THE HEALING ENERGIES (20 mins per session or more is best)

Ask the Guide what you can do to assist them to assist you.

ASK ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAVE - RECEIVE THE ANSWERS EVEN IF IT IS JUST ENERGETIC.
