If you did not get the newsletter that went out this week, I wanted to reach out and let you know Ritual has to close her door.

There will be a final class on August 21st from 10-12pm and then a prop and such sale from 12-2pm.

Love for you to come and share the space one last time.

So grateful for the amazing community and dedicated teachers who have keep this scared space alive. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!

Lullaby Sound Sanctuary is your invitation to rest, restore, and remember yourself, too. You are encouraged to bring all of yourself to our gathering-especially the part that needs love and care.

We start our practice together with gentle movement designed to soothe the nervous system and prepare the body for relaxation. Holly will then offer an essential oil to promote receptivity and help you settle into a delicious, supported resting pose, so that she can sing you to sleep with poetry, voice, bowls, and chimes.

The heart shatters, our minds shatter, the body can shatter, emotions get shattered, life feels shattered… all can stem from one crack, one action, one thought.

This morning I was greeted by our door, for the second time in two years, shattered. That is the third shatter in three years!

Maybe they didn’t like the champagne when they threw it through the door, maybe they were mad at the state of the world, maybe they were high as a kite, maybe they lost someone special, maybe they were celebrating and saw the beauty of this shattered glass, maybe…

Maybe I do give a BEEP and maybe don’t deface property that is not yours.

As a small business, we are all trying so hard to stay alive and this WILL shatter us!

Ritual is trying to heal and I am so tired of seeing the beauty in shattered things.
