Pause Yoga Room Pause Yoga Room offers a low-key environment to reconnect with yourself and disconnect with the demands of the day. Breathe, move and focus on the present.

Pause Yoga Room collaborates with Two Rivers Cider Company to offer a 45-60 minute, all-levels Vinyasa flow class every Thursday. Classes start at 7:00 pm, cost $15 and includes a glass of delicious hard cider as a reward. We also offer private sessions for groups or for individuals, by appointment only.
