This Christmas Eve, we’re proud to share the impact our team made through our Annual Toy Drive to support Shriners Children's Northern California. We are proud to say we have donated 263 toys, blankets, and books to help bring a little extra joy to kids this holiday season.

We are ending the year on a high note by celebrating our team’s hard work, dedication, and the people who make Mark III special.

Our annual Christmas Party is always a great opportunity to reflect on an incredible year and recognize the people behind the projects and moments that defined 2025. A special highlight of the night was honoring Jesse Macalam, Sr. Project Manager, with the Power of One Award, celebrating the impact one individual can have through leadership and commitment to our core values.

We have big news here at M3! After nearly 50 years at Florin Perkins Road, we’re moving!!

We’re excited to put down new roots at McClellan Business Park in a facility purpose-built for industrialized construction. As our industry shifts away from traditional stick-built methods, this new space will allow us more space and resources to design, manufacture, and assemble major building components off-site – including fully finished modular pods, interior and exterior componentized wall panels, and prefabricated MEP systems like mechanical skids, electrical racks, and plumbing assemblies.

👀 It’s true! Our yard started as just a 20x10 fenced space, and today (50 years later), we are at capacity in our headquarters and have outgrown our current manufacturing facility on Sky Creek Drive (including 3 acres of overflow staging).
