In the spirit of innovation, we are proud to announce Mark III has implemented Stratus company-wide to standardize how fabrication in our manufacturing facility is coordinated and communicated throughout the project lifecycle. Currently, we are the only contractor in the U.S. doing this across all trades - sheet metal, plumbing, piping, electrical, and framing.

For us, the result is less waste, faster process turnaround, and real production data. For our customers, it means live project visibility they can access directly.

Want to go deeper? We broke down our process and what it means for project delivery. Read the blog at the link below.

Most electrical failures aren't sudden. They build quietly for months, sometimes years, until the repair bill, the downtime, or the incident lands in your lap.

As buildings age and electrical loads increase, panels, breakers, and connections deteriorate in ways that aren't visible until something goes wrong. For facility managers and building owners, that's not just an operational headache, it's a liability exposure that demands a reactive response.

M3 Service offers Electrical Panel Diagnostics and Due-Diligence Inspections to find those vulnerabilities before they find you. Using infrared thermographic scanning, our technicians detect abnormal heat signatures within panels and components while systems remain fully energized, so there's no disruption to your operations.

Common conditions we identify include:
• Loose or deteriorating electrical connections
• Overloaded circuits or breakers
• Phase imbalances
• Failing breakers or contactors
• Equipment operating beyond rated design capacity

Catching these early means corrective action happens on your schedule, not in response to an emergency. That protects your occupants, your assets, and your bottom line.

Our team is available 24/7. Call 916-583-9048 to schedule an inspection, thermographic scan, or consultation.

Did you know March is National Ladder Safety Month?

As the month ends, we would like to reflect on what matters most: our team getting home safe every day.

In 2024, 48,308 people at home and work lost their lives to falls, 17% of all workplace fatalities. In the MEP trades, our team is on and off ladders dozens of times a day. That familiarity is exactly what makes them dangerous.

As we wrap up Ladder Safety Month, here's our reminder to everyone:
• 3 points of contact always
• Inspect your ladder before every use
• Never overreach, reposition the ladder
• Set up on stable, level ground
• No working in inclement weather
• Use a lift when the task, duration, or work conditions make it the safer option

National Ladder Safety Month may be ending, but our commitment to ladder safety and choosing the safest equipment for the job is practiced every day.

Dirty coils are costing you more than you think.

With the first day of Spring this upcoming Thursday, neglected HVAC coils force systems to work harder, increase energy costs, and shorten the life of your system. A professional coil cleaning is one of the simplest ways to restore efficiency and prevent costly repairs before peak cooling season arrives.

M3 Service helps you actively manage performance, extend asset life, and protect your bottom line, because the best time to prevent a failure is before it happens.

Our dedicated service team is available 24/7. Call [916-583-9048] to schedule your coil cleaning today or to learn more about how it can benefit you!

This year, Mark III Construction reaches a milestone that less than 5% of companies ever see: 50 years in business.

Since 1976, we've evolved from a single-trade electrical contractor to a full-service construction company with three entities: M3 MEP, M3 Service, and M3 Components. Today, we are 500+ employees strong, operating out of two offices and delivering projects across two states. That growth is driven by the same core values that define us today: teamwork, excellence, perseverance, integrity, and continuous improvement.

None of that happens without the right people and the right partners. The individuals who show up every day, take pride in their work, and push each other to be better are the foundation of everything we do, and so are the relationships we've built along the way.

We deeply value the trust our partners place in us, and that trust has always been at the heart of every project we take on together. Their confidence in us has created the opportunity to innovate, grow, and consistently deliver excellence.

The same trust, values, dedication, people-first mindset, and drive to innovate will shape the next 50 years. We're not just reflecting on where we've been, we're energized by where we're going.

This anniversary is a chance to reflect on our history, celebrate the people who built it, the relationships made, and a reminder that the best is still to come.

With our 2nd Annual Not Another Scramble Golf Tournament less than two months away, we're taking a moment to look back on what made last year so memorable.

In last year's tournament, the generosity of our partners and supporters exceeded all expectations. Together, we raised $25,000 that made 25 one-to-one mentorships possible through Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Sacramento Area.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Sacramento Area is an organization that holds a special place for our team, and the turnout and support from our community made the day truly meaningful.

The event will be held at Serrano Country Club on April 27, 2026. To support an amazing cause and partake in the fun, use the link in bio to register.

We hope you join us this year!

We are wrapping up Women in Construction Week feeling grateful and inspired.

Our team gathered at our Women in Construction Happy Hour, where we reflected on what it means to build something greater than a project: community, mentorship, and a stronger support system at Mark III. Through our "Accomplishment Cake" activity, we took a moment to reflect, share, and honor the accomplishments of the incredible women on our team. There was plenty to celebrate!
