This ingredient can cause significant neurological symptoms and alter the gut microbiome, which was proven in mice studies. The last things moms who want to breastfeed and are struggling to do so want is to be thrown some formula marketing material.

Moms need real support, not a quick fix to an issue that could be resolved with the right resources and supports in place.

Share if you’ve been given formula, or encouraged to formula feed when you really just wanted help breastfeeding.

How can we help with fertility challenges?

When you have a subluxation (a partial dislocation in your bones or joints) and there starts to be pressure on the nerve, it’s kind of like stepping on a hose. You still have information coming out but as much as it should. That’s why sometimes things may seem ok, like maybe you don’t have back pain at the time, but other things are being affected that we can physically feel because they aren’t getting the strong nerve innervation that they should be.

Allergies can be so challenging. Do you struggle with them?

Did you know that getting regular chiropractic care helps with your neuroimmune modulation and helps your immune system to function better? Which falls in the realm of, is our immune system functioning too much too little or just right?

When we look at how well the nervous system is performing we know that there are things you can do to properly support it which will also help your body manage things like seasonal allergies.

Here are a few ways to support your body to naturally alleviate seasonal allergy challenges:

Regular chiropractic care. We hear all of the time from our patients that this is one of their favorite benefits of care. They tell us that their asthma is is down and season allergies are down so that they are not struggling the way that they have in years before they were getting regular nervous system support.

Look at a low histamine diet. Many of the things that we are eating that we think are “healthy foods” are actually high histamine. A few of those foods are: eggplant, mushrooms, spinach, olives, many cheeses, shellfish and many more.

The Magic Trio of essential oils. One of Dr. M’s favorite blends. Lemon, lavender, and peppermint oil. There are many ways you can utilize these in your life. You can put equal amounts of each into your diffuser and just breathe it in. You can also put a drop of each on the back of your hand and lick it. This brings these into your palate and up to your nasal passages and is a great way to support your body during this season.
