Bali International Yoga Adventure Part 2 took us on a jungle trek and canoe trip across Lake Tamblingan, and we arrived at the spectacular Munduk Moding Plantation in the northern part of the island. The waterfalls, local village, beautiful sunsets, the lovely Ulun Danu Temple and daily yoga in their beautiful Bamboo Hall kept our days full, while leaving space to relax and enjoy the amenities at MMP.

Here in Bali, today is the Spring Equinox 🌺, and Happy Fall Equinox to all in the northern hemisphere! 🍁
Excuse the photo dump - we just completed our International Yoga Adventure in Bali, and the memories are endless and priceless.

Here are some of our many experiences in Ubud for the first half of our week. Water and temple blessings, the infamous Monkey Forest, visit to a Balinese family compound, lunch in a rice paddy, full moon celebration with gamelan music and Balinese dancers.

Our yoga practices, rain and shine, were under a sweet little thatched roof. So grateful!

Our first 2 days in glorious Bali! Our Welcome Practice was a special prayer, temple and water blessing at Pura Sebatu Temple, and pampering body work! Day 2 was a bike ride (for most!) and the Camphuan Ridge Walk. Delicious and beautiful meals. More body work. Oh yes, we have been practicing yoga 🧘🏽‍♀️(of course). Every day is a practice of “going with the flow.”
