Healing Breaths, a nonprofit initiative deeply committed to supporting healthcare professionals in building inner resilience, restoring mental clarity, and navigating burnout through evidence-based breathwork and meditation programs.

Our programs are rooted in the work of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, a globally respected humanitarian and peace ambassador, and offer practical, research-backed tools that have reached thousands of physicians across the U.S.— including many right here in the Bay Area.
