The biggest “hack” you can master isn’t a magic pill, a gadget, or a secret diet… it’s the discipline to live healthy.
When you commit to it, everything changes:
• Your energy skyrockets
• Your motivation increases
• Your mind becomes clearer
• Your mood improves
• Your sleep gets deeper
• Your pain decreases
• Your vision over your life becomes clear
• And you build structure & discipline that spill over into every area of life
This doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy life. I’m all about the 85/15 rule, 85% of the time I’m on a mission for my health, 15% of the time I’m enjoying life’s pleasures… but even my “cheats” are high quality.
• Chocolate protein shake blended like a milkshake
• Homemade Chia pudding with 30 g of protein instead of ice cream.
• Stevia-sweetened or monk fruit desserts instead of refined sugar bombs
• Dark chocolate over milk chocolate candy
• Raw honey
My personal food & lifestyle rules are simple:
• Eat whole foods
• No soda
• Avoid seed oils
• Avoid white starches
• Drink half my body weight in ounces of water daily
• No processed or fast foods
• Intermittent Fasting 3x/ week
• Work out 3-5 days a week
• Regular Chiropractic, red light therapy, sauna, bodywork
• Supplement with high quality supplements
• Get 8 hours of sleep per night
And one more thing, I avoid medication unless absolutely necessary in the short term. I choose natural ways to optimize health and address root causes, not just treat symptoms.
It’s not about living a “perfect” life, but when you strive for it, the end results speak for themselves.
