"My first visit to the clinic was in early January and from the very first moment I felt like I was in good hands. I have been dealing with knee and hip issues for several years and was always told I need replacement surgery. After a very comprehensive exam, x-rays, bloodwork etc John and the team put together a detailed treatment plan. We did PRP, physio treatments, a diet and exercise plan, and No surgery!

I was given a very targeted regiment of vitamins and supplements based on needs seen from the bloodwork and threw a cupboard full of Costco vitamins and supplements in the garbage. My body was not absorbing them and I’m sure like many people taking them just because I thought it was the right thing to do. I feel terrific, the pain is gone, my mobility is coming back (more exercise and stretching to do) and my energy levels are great. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and most important, knowledgeable.
