As we move through Women’s History Month and National Sleep Month, we’re creating space for something many women rarely give themselves — intentional rest.

On Saturday, March 14, Sag Saturdays returns with a Morning of Mindfulness & Stillness devoted to the embodiment of the divine feminine.

Guided by Marissa Kerwin, this intimate gathering will explore gentle meditation, breathwork, and embodiment practices designed to support the nervous system and encourage deeper restoration. The experience will also include a mindful ritual featuring Dragon H**p’s sleep tincture and calming gummies, thoughtfully integrated to support rest, hormonal balance, and evening wind-down.

With limited seats available, this gathering is intentionally designed to remain small — allowing space for connection, reflection, and meaningful pause.

We’re still carrying the medicine of that moment from Saturday — our Valentine’s Day event during Sag Saturdays, cacao, stillness, and a return to the heart.

Through cacao and a deep meditation on self-love, we were invited to soften, release, and reconnect. In traditional herbalism, cacao is revered for its heart-opening properties — expanding emotional capacity while gently grounding the physical body.
