This is one of my favorite yoga games! Yogis of all ages love it because there’s ways to scaffold this game to make it easier or harder. If your child is signed up for a Kids Yoga Rocks class, there’s a high chance they’ll play this game 🔴💓🔴💓

Classes will be held at Anna Kaiser studios! Can’t wait to teach yoga in this beautiful bright new location!

Rockin’ Yogis (8-10 yrs) @ 4:00

I give modifications for all poses so children can do easier and harder versions. Children are encouraged to use props from around their house to make class more enjoyable. Only have to sign up one child per household. Register at KidsYogaRocks.com - Can’t wait to see you online! 💁🏻‍♀️
