I am a mama of 3, wife, yogini & doTerra tribe leader. My passion is to create & offer unique, magical and enriching wellness experiences for children & women!
Children’s yoga programming is based in the Hamptons! Kids yoga classes focus on emotional well-being, self-love, breathing for purpose, physical expression, acceptance and tolerance through mindfulness activities, meditation and yoga style games requiring balance, cooperation and listening skills. Creative yoga movement classes are playful, engaging, sometimes loud, full of partner poses and most of all fun! All classes end with mindful moments, simple meditations, breath~work, magic essential oil mist, sparkles and guided visualizations to help children experience success, happiness and a sense of peace.
Kristin also offers essential oil gatherings for women. Gatherings offer an opportunity for connection, exploration of self, create a sense of sisterhood and empower women to care for themselves and their families using essential oils. We sample, sprinkle, breathe, blend & learn about essential oils. Oily gatherings are offered in the Hamptons and Creative Wellness Retreats are offered in Southern, VT at a spacious mountain home. Retreats include aromatherapy treatments, unlimited use of the indoor spa and sauna, space for private meditation, journaling breath~work, sisterhood, sprinkling and blending oils and creative projects for manifesting abundance!
