Greetings everyone!
I am so blessed to still have my mom. At age 86 she still lives alone, tends to her house and garden, and cooks her meals. But not many elder folk are as able as she to do these things. She requires some assistance with certain things but on a day to day basis, I know that she is eating well and taking care of herself. This brings me to today's message...
Some folks can't get out and shop or have the stamina to stand in a kitchen or at a stove to prepare their meals. Grown children with homes, families and. jobs of their own may feel a pang of guilt for not having enough time to check in on mom and dad to be sure they are eating. This is where I can help. My service will prepare and deliver nutritious, home-like meals ready to heat up and eat. Some folks may need a slight modification such as grinding or pureeing of their foods for ease in chewing and swallowing, or modifications in certain nutrients such as sodium or sugar. This is where my experience comes in handy for you!
