Amanda from Outreach, along with Jason from PACE and Cindy, our Hospice Volunteer Coordinator, recently attended the Midland Senior Health Fair at the Midland Mallโ€”and what a great event it was!

There was an amazing turnout with so many people stopping by to connect, learn, and share. We always appreciate opportunities like this to engage with the community and spread awareness about the services and support available.

We had the pleasure of hosting a table at the Tigers Opening Day event at Lockwood of Burton, and what a fantastic turnout it was! From connecting with residents to sharing information about our services, it was a great day all around.

Weโ€™re proud to shine a light on Michelle Richmond, one of our incredible RN Case Managers in our Skilled Department!

Michelle plays a vital role in caring for our patientsโ€”from admitting clients into home care, to providing ongoing assessments, coordinating care, and guiding them through discharge. Her compassion and attention to detail help ensure every patient receives the quality care they deserve.

In July, Michelle will celebrate 12 years with A&D Home Care and Hospice, and we are so grateful for her dedication and heart for service.

When asked what she loves most about working at A&D, Michelle shared that itโ€™s the teamworkโ€”all disciplines working together seamlessly to provide the best care possible. She also truly enjoys caring for people and the unique opportunity her role gives her to travel from county to county, watching the beauty of the seasons change along the way. ๐Ÿ‚๐ŸŒทโ„๏ธโ˜€๏ธ
