Snowbird Veterans: With the Federal EHR, VA can no longer keep a temporary address for you, only a residential and mailing address. If you relocate seasonally, update your mailing address so that your prescriptions reach you. Change your address by calling 989-497-2500, Ext. 13120 or 13121.

On February 24, 2026, we welcomed the Deputy Under Secretary for Health, Dr. Lee Payne, to discuss the new Electronic Health Record Management (EHRM) system rollout and reinforce VA leadership’s strong commitment to a safe, well supported transition. Staff shared key insights, and VA leadership emphasized the seriousness of ensuring patient safety and protecting Veteran care throughout the implementation of the new system.
