Never tried out yoga but always wanted to?!? This is a good class to start with.
Same slow mindful poses(well almost , sometimes we shake it up by adding a new one here or there)same playlist, same peaceful cozy candlelit vibe every Tuesday.
If you can sit on the floor, this class is accessible to you.

Class runs about 90 minutes. The practice itself is only 55 minutes, but we do a little community building at the beginning.
However, if you feel uncomfortable/overwhelmed or decide that yoga is not for you, you are welcome to leave at any time.
