Differences from our Tuesday class:
2 part practice. The beginning more standing and balancing postures, faster paced movements with breath, so a little more sweaty💪🏼💪🏾💪🏿🔥🔥then going into supportive relaxing poses for the second half of class with bolsters and blankets and all things cozy

✨️but as ALWAYS honor your body, take all the modified poses and rests you need.✨️

Needs: water vessel, comfy clothes that you can move around.

If you don't have a mat no worries, we've got some for you 🙏🏻
